How to Book LPG Gas Online on Freecharge?

To book LPG gas cylinder online, you can use the Freecharge app and follow the steps mentioned below.
1. Tap Book a Cylinder in the New Payments section in Freecharge App (Android only)
2. Select your gas provider.
3. Enter your registered mobile number.
4. Now, the amount to be paid will be fetched.
5. Select the payment mode and tap Make Payment. Upon successful payment, you will receive a BBPS reference no. on your screen. You can use this BBPS reference no. to track your booking or contact your agency for resolving delivery related queries.

1. What payment methods can I use to book a gas cylinder?

You can make a payment for a cylinder booking using UPI, Debit card, Credit card or Freecharge Wallet.

2. Can I cancel my LPG gas cylinder booking?

Once you make a gas cylinder booking, it cannot be canceled. For any further assistance contact your distributor/ agency or gas provider.

3. Will the LPG subsidy be applied at the time of paying for the LPG gas cylinder?

If you are eligible for the government subsidy on gas cylinder, it will be credited to your bank account by your gas provider within 2 working days. The amount you pay at the time of booking the cylinder does not include this subsidy. In case you have not received this subsidy, contact your distributor/ agency or gas provider for assistance.
